Q: Can my jewelry go underwater? R: Our jewels cannot oxidize, blacken or turn green as they have a stainless steel base. On the other hand, the gold-plated and rose gold versions are made - like any plated jewel - of a layer of gold or rose gold and this can come off if you are not careful. So we recommend not to pass them under water or other products and to avoid friction. The ring in silver finish can go underwater without any problem. If you want a more resistant gold or rose gold colored piece, we recommend that you take the Vermeil version, which is a base of silver and a much thicker layer of gold (available only in closed version)
Q: Can I put accents or special characters? R: You can put accents and special characters, we even accept other alphabets (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, etc.)
Q: How does the ring fit? R: The ring is open, so you can tighten or loosen it by pressing on the body of the ring. It may take a bit of force as it's not made to be adjusted multiple times, and it shouldn't loosen on its own. Be careful not to press on the names because they are less resistant than the body of the ring.
Q: I don't know which font to choose R: We recommend the Luanne font, which is approved by 2 out of 3 people.
